A Peaceful Space to Reset
Wheston Health Retreat is a small, family-led emotional healing retreat set in the peaceful countryside of the Peak District.
We support people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, grief and life transitions through gentle nervous system practices, emotional healing work and time in nature.
With a maximum of four guests, each retreat offers a calm, personal and supportive space to pause, breathe and begin to feel like yourself again.
